Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to Mujawarnix are handled.

2. Advance Payments

All advance payments are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes time, planning, design, and development efforts already invested.

3. Project Cancellation

• If cancellation occurs before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
• If cancellation occurs after work has started, no refund will be issued.

4. Milestone-Based Work

For larger projects divided into milestones:

• Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
• Future unpaid milestones will not be executed.

5. No Refund Scenarios

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after project initiation
• Delay or lack of response from client
• Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after revisions are exhausted
• Failure to provide required content or approvals

6. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We prioritize client satisfaction and offer revisions within agreed limits. Refunds will not be issued where revision options are available.

7. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for third-party services (domains, hosting, APIs, tools) are non-refundable and governed by respective providers.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to:

• Provide proof of work and agreement
• Suspend all services
• Pursue legal action if necessary

9. Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if any, are granted solely at our discretion under exceptional circumstances.
