1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Mujawarnix (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

We provide custom digital services including website design & development, e-commerce solutions, social media creatives, and branding. All services are tailored to client requirements and are not pre-built or template-based unless explicitly stated.

3. User Verification & Request System

Users must provide accurate information via our contact system. Email verification using OTP (One-Time Password) is required before submitting requests.

Each submission generates a unique Request ID, which must be used for all future communication. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect user data.

4. Proposal & Agreement

All projects begin with a discussion and may include a custom quotation. Approval of a quote (written or digital) constitutes a binding agreement.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices displayed are starting estimates and not final quotes.
• A non-refundable advance payment (typically 30%–50%) is required before work begins.
• Remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or deployment.
• Payments may be accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or international gateways.
• Currency conversions may apply for international clients.

6. Revisions & Scope Control

Revisions are limited based on the selected package or agreement. Any work beyond the agreed scope will be billed additionally.

7. Project Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on project complexity and client responsiveness. Delays in content submission or approvals may extend timelines.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements
• Submit content, images, and assets on time
• Respond to communication promptly

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, payment gateways). We are not liable for failures, pricing changes, or issues originating from these services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, business, or profits
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Downtime or issues caused by third-party services

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Client violates terms
• Payment is not made
• Communication is unresponsive for extended periods

13. International Clients

We serve clients worldwide. By engaging our services, you agree that all transactions are governed under Indian law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

15. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
